Love is apparently in the air for Jessica Simpson and just about everyone she’s dated!
First, Jessica’s ex-husband, Nick Lachey, popped the question to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.
Within days, it was announced that Jessica and former-NFL star Eric Johnson would also be taking the plunge.
And, because apparently everything J. Simpson touches turns into a fiancé, Dallas Cowboys QB and former beau, Tony Romo, announced his engagement to Candice Crawford (pictured here with Candice’s oh-so-delicious brother, Chase Crawford).
So who will reach the altar first? What will all the ladies be wearing? What color dresses will the bridesmaids don? And, most importantly, if I go on a date with Jessica Simpson will Chase Crawford propose to me?
While the answer to that last question is unfortunately an emphatic “no,” we can at least rule out one possibility for Jessica Simpson’s upcoming bridesmaid dress color choice. Assuming she won’t want to bring back memories from her nuptials to Lachey, we’re guessing she won’t be opting for champagne colored dresses for her bridal party. Seen here on her (first) wedding day, sister Ashlee and the other bridesmaids wore full-length v-neck gowns in a gorgeous off-white, champagne hue.
We can’t wait to see what color theme Jessica (and her exes fiancés) chooses for the upcoming big day! Her wedding to Nick Lachey, however, with its gorgeous bridesmaids gowns, is not to be forgotten! Love the look from the Lachey-Simpson wedding? Well, Bridesmaid Trade can help you recreate the look for less!
THIS strapless floor-length gown in beige from Roberta Bridal would be a great color match to Jessica’s first wedding.
If you love the color but were thinking of shorter dresses for your bridesmaids, THIS ivory dress with champagne sash keeps the v-neck and color styling from the Simpson-Lachey wedding, with a fun twist.
